The hotel staff were accommodating, and having our dog with us was easy. The Twin Room was comfortable and provided the perfect family space .

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

Tends to be overpriced if you like the company of nouveau riche, a good place.

The room had a nice touch in decor but was damp and lacked a proper heating system, disappointing. I had to call for housekeeping since they didn't come . Some spa facilities looked appealing, but too many guests made it uninviting. I couldn't enjoy a peaceful atmosphere due to the noise from the nearby nightclub that resonated until the early hours of the morning. The staff were friendly, but they couldn't help with the loud music situation, which affected my sleep. The dining experience in the hotel could use some changes. I found the food to be overpriced and underwhelming. More attention to room comfort and dining would enhance the experience significantly.

I had a relaxing stay with a fabulous cold bath house experience and stunning breakfast, but the room was a bit cramped and didn't match the hotel photos.
